Gene Meltser concentrates his practice in immigration and nationality law, litigation and real estate. Education and legal background

Gene earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 1999 and has been licensed in Illinois since that year. His practice brings together immigration representation, dispute resolution and real estate matters, with an emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances and objectives.

Gene has been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
